The Ottawa Muslim Cemetery (OMC) offers burial lots and related services to meet the needs of the Muslim community. Pre-ordering burial lots is encouraged when available to secure a space at a lower price, pre-plan funeral arrangements, and support future cemetery development.
Funeral services such as body washing, preparation, casket, and janaazah prayer are provided by local mosques with washing facilities.
The Ottawa Muslim Cemetery is offering a one-time pre-sale of 500 grave lots—once they are sold, no additional pre-sale graves will be available. This is your opportunity to secure your final resting place next to your loved ones before this offer ends.
After this pre-sale, all future burials will follow a systematic row-by-row process, meaning there will be no option to purchase a grave beside a loved one at a later time. While we will continue to have graves available for immediate need, space is being carefully managed to preserve the cemetery for generations to come.
